Just a reminder that the 2nd and last transit of Venus during our lifetimes will take place this coming Tuesday. The ingress of the transit will begin at 6:04 pm on Tuesday, June 5. In order to safely view the transit, you need either #14 welder's glass or special eclipse filters. Be very careful when observing the sun.
The next transit of Venus will take place in 2117.
